HOW ARE THE PODS CLEANED?

The pods are disinfected after every.single.use. This isn’t public transit, an Uber, or an airline seat. Since the whole idea is to provide a clean, quiet, and comfortable space, there’s a reason that clean comes first. There are a lot of dirty things that we touch over the course of a day but as long as I’m running Doze, your nap pods will never be one of them.

WHAT IF I SNORE?

Because the pods are positioned upright, snoring is dramatically reduced if not non-existent (even for those with lumber-yard replicating sleep apnea). However if you are still concerned about whether or not you are audible while resting, we have a white noise fan, privacy visor, and noise canceling headphones to help ease/mask those worries. The only way someone might hear you snoring is if they removed their headphones and very intently listened specifically for the snoring that you probably won’t be doing.

IT TAKES ME AWHILE TO FALL ASLEEP. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

You would have 2 options. If you're feeling oppressively tired but know that it takes you at least 10-15 minutes to fall asleep, you can book a 55 minute appointment to ensure that you have adequate time. If you only have 25 minutes, Doze is a great place to meditate, take a break, and reset. But we acknowledge that it's tough to do anything on-demand (especially when you're not ready to), so just like you wouldn't go to a restaurant when you can't eat, you wouldn't use Doze when you're not feeling tired.

Do I need an appointment, or can I just show up?

Doze accepts walk-ins and appointments. Sometimes we get hit with a wave of fatigue and need some rest right away. Just drop in. When you have that moment when you say to yourself, "I could really use a nap right now", we want the first thing that you think of to be Doze. 

Although walk-ins run the risk of pods being full upon arrival, you can still reserve a pod to make sure it's available when you get here.

What if I want to Doze for more than 25 minutes?

Feel free to use Doze for 55 minutes as well. Just pay for what you intend to use on your way in.

Where can I put my things?

The pods have two small cubbies on either side, while larger items can be placed below the pod or on the window sill without worry.

Can I take my shoes off?

Absolutely.

What if I don't have a lot of time?

Feel free to use as little or as much time as you need. You'll only be charged for your 25 or 55 minute slot so if you only have 15 minutes to spare, simply cut out early.

Doze will provide you our very best in order to enhance your experience with us. We adhere to certain policies to benefit you, and create a harmonious environment where our clients can focus on their needs. We know you will have a pleasant experience with us as we strive to exceed your expectations!

DENIAL OF SERVICE & COMMUNITY COURTESY

As a courtesy to other guests, heavy perfumes/colognes are highly discouraged while using our facility. Likewise, we discourage use of our facility after workouts and other strenuous physical activity. While Doze staff will thoroughly clean pods after use, we ask for your help in ensuring that everyone in our community has a relaxing and comfortable visit. Doze reserves the right to refuse service at any time, to anyone, for any reason. 

SERVICE/USAGE WAIVER
Doze cannot guarantee that you will fall asleep during your session, we only guarantee that you will enjoy a peaceful and quiet space to maximize your likelihood of achieving optimal relaxation.

QUIET ENVIRONMENT
As a courtesy to other guests, please keep conversation to a minimum. Cell phones must be silenced/turned off when entering Doze.

AMBIENT NOISE
Doze is subject to ambient noise from sources including, but not limited to: general city noise, traffic, emergency vehicles, loud music, office conversations, general chatter and hallway activity. We will provide visitors with Bose noise canceling headphones to address any noise concerns, however given the construction and layout of the facility, some ambient noise is unavoidable.

APPOINTMENTS
Arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment to allow ample time to check in and prepare for your rest. Arriving late will simply limit the time you have for your appointment, reducing its effectiveness and your pleasure.

Your session will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed.

LATE POLICY
We will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment, however if your arrival is delayed this may not always be possible and your service time may be abbreviated to avoid delays for other guests. Last minute changes to appointments will be honored only if a service appointment is available for a later time in the day (of your appointment) and other guests are not inconvenienced.

CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICY
In being mindful of capacity restrictions, we reserve the right to terminate the monthly subscriptions of guests who ‘no show’ 3 appointments. Last minute changes to appointments will be honored only if the new service time is available.

We understand that life happens, but we also appreciate your cooperation.

PAYMENTS
Doze accepts all major credit cards and PayPal.

VISITORS
We are unable to accommodate visitors accompanying guests. Only paid Doze customers may access our facilities.

The Problem

Few options exist to battle daytime fatigue and mental exhaustion in a healthy, effective way.

Because we turn to caffeine and pharmaceuticals as a means to get through the day, we've seen a steady rise in coronary disease, high blood pressure, and overall stress.

A place to recharge mind and body when you need it most. 

Walk-in or reserve a pod anytime between 11am - 6pm, Monday - Friday to snag up to an hour of regenerative rest.

We're all pulled in a million directions and whether we'd like to admit it or not, there's no reward for being overworked and burned out. Napping is the secret weapon of some of the most successful figures in history including Aristotle, Winston Churchill, and Bill Clinton!
